One word: exceptional. Love pool care has serviced our pool for nearly 6 years, on a weekly basis. I'm continually impressed with the level of service, friendliness of their staff, and overall punctuality and professionalism. We've had a couple different techs over the 6 years, but they all have been knowledgeable and easily answered my questions regarding the pool. When the motor started making strange noises, they alerted me and were able to install a new one, far better than what I had previously. I rely on Love pools to tell me when my pool equipment needs attention, and they've caught tiny things that I hadn't even noticed, like a tiny crack in a vacuum hose, a broken water return cap, and a hairline fracture in my filter. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Always prompt and professional on service requests. Have been using their services for 2 years as of now. My pool has been in its best shape since I started using their service. Note: some problems with pop up heads at first until Blu Square manufacture came out with a new head and I had a Blu Square Valve installed. Originally contacted them to replace my pool sand filter, which was leaking. Have used their service exclusively from that point on. Extremely satisfied with there service. If I have any problem with my pool, they are only a phone call away. Note will not supply a cost for a single repair service, as there have been several jobs that they have performed. Monthly cost for weekly service is $95.00 plus an addition charge for chemicals every 6 months.

Well, here goes our final review of Love Pool Care before we submit photos after our landscape is done in 2 weeks. One word, “EXCEPTIONAL”! Michael Love and his team, Gonzalo, Justin, office staff, field staff, etc. went way above customer service, communication, ethics and of course the work itself. We had a plumbing issue that was not part of the proposal, what did they do, they corrected all of on their dime. When we had a question about any part of this process, it was communicated to us via email or phone call right away. When we had concerns about our pets and the new deck and patio, they reassured us. Everything about this experience was unbelievable. My supervisor overheard me speaking about our job and I referred him to Love Pool. `Perfectly. Juan installed a new filter grid, a couple of gaskets, and soon had the system running at peak top performance. The price was reasonable and the service reliable. I strongly recommend Love Pool Service to anyone without reservation..

Every person we dealt with during the pool renovation process was great. Michael came out initially and gave us an estimate that was timely. He provided additional estimates based on some changes in the scope of the project. Michael was always available to answer questions and always responded to emails quickly and concisely. Gonzalo, our project supervisor, guided us through the material selection process. Again, Gonzalo was always helpful and available for any questions. Any problems we encountered during the process were quickly resolved. The end result is that we love our pool!

First, we have used Lovepoolcare for weekly maintenance for a year since we've owned our home.
Our large cement water feature was in need of repair. It's pretty hard to find someone who does this, made several calls, then called Lovepoolcare, who led us to Rockworks (another good service provider).
Since we had to drain our pool for the repair, we called Lovepoolcare and they came to our rescue, draining the pool with almost no advance notice. Rockworks noticed the plaster in our pool was pretty rough, suggested we might want to replaster since the pool was already empty.
As soon as the water feature was fixed, we worked with Michael Love and Gonzalo Martinez, the renovation superintendent, to get exactly what we wanted. They accommodated our "add-ons," things we decided to do as long as we were going forward - pebbletec finish, new LED pool light. They also assessed our project and made constructive suggestions about some repairs to the underlying concrete of the pool (further assessed that it wasn't necessary) and gray-colored popup heads in the steps and floor to blend with the color of our pebbletec, addition of tile step and seat markers that are very attractive.
I think the renovation process went as smoothly as a big project can go - any delays were due to their diligence noting items that needed to be revisited to make them completely right.

Technician is always prompt and cleans pool weekly. Does not just take a quick skim of the top but vacuums bottom and tests for chemicals. I am very pleased with service.

We moved into a new home and immediately had pool issues. Andrew came out and explained that the pool was in need of new cleaning components. The old ones were worn out. We have never had a pool in the past, so all the handles were a mystery to us. He walked us thru what each did. Our pool now filters the water well. But it wasn't cheap.
They also maintain the pool on a weekly basis. Mason was here for a while and he did a great job. His successor, Brian, has been just okay. For $60 plus chemicals, you want a professional job. Right now, they're sliding down.

It all went well. I just called them and scheduled it. They came out a few days later and took care of it. I didn’t really have to be there for most of the work, so it got done without me. The price seemed competitive. Their responsiveness was good. I have used them twice now. I will probably use them again.

I have used their services in the past and have been very pleased. I am signing up with them for a monthly service. I really trust them to understand how the pool and filter works. I consider their cost to be worth their quality of service. One technician came out for the job and did a good job. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service.

Their prices are a little expensive, but you do receive a good service in return. They worked really fast to correct a misscommunication, hence I updating this review from F to B. I am waiting for their service to be completed, I have a feeling they will get an A eventually.
