Unprofessional Customer Service while attempting to make an appointment. When appointment was set, the technician never showed up, and never called to let me know they would not show up.

Pete, the in-store representative, is still checking on prices for the parts after 5 days. Choice Warranty is the company that is supposed to cover my washing machine. They are supposed to give Pete an answer as to whether they will pay for the repairs or if they will replace the machine altogether once he submits the pricing info for the parts. The service tech, Chris, told me that we would have an answer from Choice Warranty within 48 hours. It has now been five days and they have not submitted any sort of claim to Choice Warranty to even get the process started. I am getting nowhere with them and I am still without a washing machine.
