Lions Den Plumbing was retained by the seller of my home to perform the plumbing-related repairs listed above related to the BINSR report prepared after our home inspection. The work was completed per the report, and the quality appears to be reasonable overall for most of it, except for the hose bib replacement. As you can see from the attached photos, Lions Den Plumbing destroyed my hose by simply cutting it off. They also left it lying coiled up in the front yard, so it wasn't readily apparent that it had been ruined. Please see pictures below. The first is the hose as it appeared at the home inspection. The second is the hose as it was left by Lions Den Plumbing. Also, they did not reveal this damage to the seller or to me, the buyer (I purchased the home fully furnished, so the hose was transferring to me along with everything else inside/outside the house). When I noticed the damaged hose, I contacted Lions Den and asked for a replacement. The owner actually responded to my email. At first, he denied that his company performed the job. When I had my agent produce the invoice and forwarded it to the owner, he then responded that his company is not responsible for replacing/repairing any property that is damaged during any of their jobs. All of my further emails went unanswered. I will let you draw your own conclusions regarding the integrity and business morality of this company. Use them at your own risk. Very pleasant and helpful. Climber into attic where there is very little space for access and found and fixed a leaking pipe.

Jody from Lion's Den was recommended to me by another homeowner who used him extensively.  Jody did great work for me at a very reasonable price.  When Jody called to report he was done, I remembered an issue I was having with a toilet supply line, where the shut off valve seemed to drip when in the "off" position.  Jody had this replaced with a mere 15 more minutes of work.  We had one scheduling problem which caused a small delay, but I was out of town so this was no big deal.  Overall, I was very impressed with his work.
