Lifetime Moving & Storage

All went GREAT!! They sent three employees/movers on time as scheduled. Louis, Manuel & Renee. Great with communication in every step of the process. All were quick, respectful of the property and cautious of my belongings. It was very evident that they all had a great of experience with moving. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier with this company!

Was told multiple times that it' d be under a week for delivery to Texas. Then right before it's time for pickup they've told me it'll be 2-3 weeks for delivery. I contacted support and they kept saying they'd check with management but I never heard back. I got the feeling talking to support that they pull this sort of bait and switch all the time. I checked our contract and there is a sneaky little clause saying they can take up to 30 days. They already got a deposit of nearly $1,000 from us that is non-refundable. This timeline messes everything up for our move and now we will have to get a hotel for a week or two. Also, where is our furniture going to sit for 2-3 weeks? Both Texas and Arizona are extremely hot right now. Our furniture/electronics could easily get warped or destroyed in that kind of heat. Terrible company!!

We ended up with a lot more to move than we estimated so price was considerably higher - but not their fault really. The movers took great care to wrap everything took time to help us pack things and were very professional. Unloading they were just as careful. Unwrapped everything, reassembled furniture. They were awesome. Would hire again without question. My only complaint would be that they were unable to give a precise day for delivery until the day before. The move took quite awhile (7 days) and we paid extra to expedite it. I think it would have been between 10-13 days otherwise.

The move went great. They crew arrived on time, just as scheduled. I was given an ETA window of 7-9 and they showed up at 7:15.
They were very polite and I was impressed by how neat the truck was and well equipped. The movers were all uniformed, which made me feel very comfortable.
Delivery was fast. Overall I am very happy I hired Lifetime Moving and will recommend them to friends and family.
