We like Isabelle very much. She's been reliable and does an excellent job of cleaning. They've been very accommodating in scheduling, too; Maria is the person that does the scheduling.

I had to wait several months to schedule as they were not available. The were late for scheduled time but did call ahead to say so.

I don't believe there were any additional fees associated with the Big Deal, but I felt like they weren't able to get as much done as I would have hoped. What they did accomplish was done well though.

We haven't used them for about 2 years now. They were okay. I was disabled at that time so they had to come in and take care of the floors, windows, all of it. They were just fine. The price was just fine. They were right on time.

All in all very thorough. My only complaint would be is that sometimes they come well outside of the time window they quote but they are pretty good about calling to say they'll be late. We schedule cleanings on the days we know we'll be home so it doesn't cause too much issue

Did a great job vacuuming and mopping. I didn't want to use the kitchen because it was so fresh and clean. It was a real treat to have my house cleaned, and Life Maid Easy made my life easy. Thank you!

Did great job.. Angie's list price was great but usual price is high.

I would say the price was way too high for the job. They charged $189 for cleaning a newly remodeled 800 square foot condo that was empty. That is what I would expect to pay for a 3000 square foot home with pets, and kids etc.
I feel like this was a problem on the front end with the sales man. He probably should have looked at the condo before giving an estimate. I had to use them though because I had a renter moving in right away and needed it cleaned asap.
Won't be using them again.

They did a very good job; I may or may not use in the future, depending on the cost when not on a special deal. Was a great value for the money, but this was a one-time terrific deal. My only issue was that they had to change the time several times, and the girls did not speak very good English.

Overall, I did not appreciate that there was a price increase for service once they were on my property.
Overall, the cleaning performed was very good. However, I would not use them again, as I thought the pricing increases were unnecessary. I felt the add was suggesting a better deal than I actually received.
This was my first time to use Anglie's List, and I was very disappointed with the outcome. I have considered cancelling my subscription to Angie's list, but haven't taken the time to do so.

The women worked very hard; they even tried to work past the time agreed on, but by then their carelessness and constant noisy chatter were starting to get on my nerves so I told them to go. Sadly they had attempted to clean items they had no idea how to clean and that need not and should not be cleaned. They were rough and disrespectful of our things. I heard the microwave oven running and went to see why. I discovered a maid had dragged it, still plugged in, across the counter and into the sink. It was tilted at a steep angle and was scratching the bottom of the sink as she roughly scrubbed it. Since I could hear it running I asked if there was something in it, but none of the maids appeared fluent in English, and my Spanish is not up to explaining technical matters. Since there were so many things amiss with that situation, I did not attempt to tell her it is damaging to microwave ovens to run them empty and dangerous to people to use electrical appliances near water. The response of the company was that sometimes they put a glass of water in the microwave and run it to loosen the dirt. That was just silly as I had already explained that the oven was on end in the sink and could not have held a glass of liquid, but they had an explanation for everything, including surreptitiously taking interior photographs.
And I can't think what could possess anyone to remove protective plate glass from the top of an antique dresser and scour - yes, scour the wood like a dirty skillet - with some substance better suited to stripping the finish from wood than for "cleaning" it. The dresser was a wedding present to my grandmother from her father. In its entire hundred-plus years that dresser had never felt anything harsher than lemon oil until the maids attacked it with some liquid that ruined the finish. The flat surfaces weren't dirty, but the carving could have used dusting with a soft brush or a Swiffer, but they didn't bother to do that. I finished it the next day. How could I have been so foolish as to leave those rowdy women alone even for a short time? I did not realize how destructive and indifferent to other's things they were. Even though they are not knowledgeable enough to tell antiques from modern furniture, even they should have realized the protective plate glass was there for a reason and left it in place.
The lead maid was pushy, mouthy and sneaky. When I complained to the office about the rough treatment of the microwave and dresser I was told she had taken, in his words "a whole bunch of pictures of the house," and that he was waiting for them to download from her phone to the computer. I told him the maids had not asked permission to take interior photos. His response was that they always take before and after photos because someone tried to rip them off once by claiming they had damaged something. The maid was very stealthy about it because even though I walked about the house to make sure the things I wanted cleaned were being cleaned she skillfully eluded me. She must have the hearing of a bat. Not that I was trying to catch anyone doing anything they shouldn't - it didn't even occur to me they would do anything clandestine - but if I had seen her taking pictures, or anyone using cells for any purpose, I would have told them to lock the phones in their vehicle until they left. They were brought here to clean house not play around with cell phones.
In retrospect I realize I should have been more alert when I called the company on 12 /19 and was told the coupon I wanted to use had expired three days ago. It was actually dated to expire June 19. I have since learned that sounds like a classic bait and switch tactic.
If I had employees running amok in homes where they are supposed to be working in I would want to know about it, so I notified the company that their people need a lot more training in how to clean as well as interact respectfully with customers. I sent them a picture of my piece and a similar dresser. The value of my dresser is now seriously reduced even if the damage is repairable. But I had no plans to sell it, and there is no way you can put a price on a precious family heirloom.
