I like the roll up screens that they installed. We like their service. They were prompt. They guys who did the installation did a good job, and were quick. There was a small issue with removing the old screens, but that was my only objection. Since I have older screens, they are very easy to break. There was a little lack of connection between the salesman and the installer staff. The guys who came out defiantly knew what they were doing though.

From start to finish everything went very smoothly. I requested a quote Jason the sales rep came out to our home he was prompt, personable, and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the product and gave us a lot of good advice. He was not high pressure at all, he just wrote up the estimate giving us time to review all the options and get other quotes if we desired. The office staff were very friendly and on the ball making sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. We are now enjoying our new patio thanks to Bob, Lex, Karl, and Brian the hard working guys that installed our patio cover. It took them two days they were here bright and early each day and left the job site neat and clean each day. I am very pleased with their workmanship. We will definitely be calling them in the future for other projects.

All phases and aspects of the job were well communicated and preformed on promised schedules. This included the on-site quote, return to verify/confirm actual dimensions, installation of required wiring by their contracted electrician, and final installation of the solar screen.

Everything went according to the plan discussed during the purchase. Electrician came 7 days prior to install and Install occurred on the day and time that had been specified 6 weeks earlier. I had some functions I didnt quite understand and when I called the office they were ready to come out a help. I suggested they provide be some direction to manuals and let me look first rather than having them drive all the way out. They did but ensured me any continued problem they would come out and provide training. I got three estimates before making a decision and landed on Liberty because this was and has been a specialty for the years they have been in service. They were not the cheapest but I sensed when I worked with their staff that they were professional and would stand behind the product for years to come. Thats worth a lot. Because Awnings were new to me I did go down to their manufacturing plant so I could see and understand the product and that is actually where I got sold on Liberty.

From sale to purchase to install - everything was according to plan and very professional. We ordered and had installed a 12' by 12' retractable awning for our back patio. Professional measurement visit came first, Electrician visited and prep'd the site ahead of time. Installation in one day - went smoothly and looks great.

Fantastic experience. The salesperson was awesome. Knowledgeable, experienced, punctual, polite, and professional. No hard sell, no tricks, no gimmicks. When I placed the order the office staff was friendly and very customer centric. The installation team and all field facing personnel were excellent. On time, efficient, thorough, friendly and professional. We love our rolling shades. Wish I would have gotten them years ago. I recommend Liberty to anyone considering shades or awnings.

Everyone we worked with from the initial estimate, to order, to scheduling, to installation was friendly, helpful and accurate. We received bids from 5 different vendors and Liberty's price was right in the middle, which is ideal as far as I'm concerned. Everything was timely and was executed according to the original timeline they provided. The awnings themselves are well-made and the colors are vibrant and beautiful. There were several valance shape options and we love the Greek key valance we choose. Not sure if we had to pay to upgrade to the Sunbrella fabric or if that was all they worked with, but either way Sunbrella is the way to go with the Arizona sun!! Because I knew they were working with Sunbrella fabrics, I was confident the color selected would be an identical match to my patio furniture fabric. I would certainly do business with them again and will happily refer all family and friends!

We had 2 sun screens installed on our back patio that faces west. In the evening when it is warm we barely could stand sitting on the patio due to the sun.
The entire staff at Liberty Home Products was so professional and helpful.
I first setup the appt using Angie's List and received a response right away. I spoke to Taylor on the phone and I asked her a lot of questions and she was so patient and informative and very professional. I was able to set up the initial appt and the install that met my schedule. Jason came out and showed me different products and made suggestions regarding what we wanted. He measured the area and gave me a very competitive quote. Meryl came out a few days later for the exact measurements (no one had to be home). The day before the install Sandy called to confirm and the next day right on schedule John and Walter arrived and did an excellent job. They put a cloth down first to protect the deck area and cleaned up so nice after they were done. They showed me how to roll down the screens and very so very pleasant. We had the screens a few days now and have already noticed a huge difference. We can finally get full use of the patio in the evening. We are already thinking of another area where we could use these screens and will definitely use Liberty Products again.

The salesman that came to the house was very helpful in understanding our needs and making recommendations. He was in tune with what most HOA's allow although he suggested we contact our HOA to make sure. Our HOA require The installation went very well. The installers were on time, pleasant and very courteous. The install went well and we are very pleased with the awning and roller shade. I highly recommend Liberty.

sale person was wonderful to work with and explained all the color options and pricing they came to install the awning and i did not like the placement of the awning on the house it was too long to go higher on the roof line so i could not see the frame this was not a measuring mistake as it did fit but i did not like seeing a lot of the frame they took the awning down and recut it so it could mount higher on my house the installer was very patient with me and the office had no problem making me happy with the awning they did not charge me extra for taking the awning down and having to go back to the shop to shorten the awning the same installer came back with the shorter awning and it looks wonderful on the house it is so refreshing to find a company that cares enough to make a customer happy
