He explained what I need to do for my pool. He is very kind. He has great customer service. Patrick is a great representative for this company. If all representatives were as good as Patrick all the complaint people would be out of a job.

Terrible. The pool is a mess. There was so much sediment pumped into the pool, we had to buy a pool vacuum to clean it up and it is still not cleaned. Plus the pool sweep was mis wired. The service dispatcher, Doug Walsh has not returned any of my calls and the people answering the phones are of no help. After paying $2200, our pool was made unusable by them.
