Pool cleaner works fine now. We liked that they took it apart and fixed it while we waited. That was nice.

It went very well. He recommended the person we used and he is a great pool service man. He initially came to clean our jacuzzi and he got it cleaner than any other company we've used in the past, and was much cheaper! The install of the new system to date has gone well. Leslie's recommended Igenious Pool Services and he is amazing!

When I came back from vacation my pool system had conked out. I called Leslie's for help when I couldn't get things working right and Leslie's sent a guy out. He took one look at my old filter and said that it was company policy not to work on the old stainless steel type of equipment I had. He then just turned around and walked off the job offering no solutions nor any effort to help the situation. I knew the unit was old and on its last legs so I expected to have to replace it but he didn't even make an effort! When I called another company to help me get the system straightened out they thought it was a really lame excuse that the Leslie's guy had used. I got a call from a Leslie's manager who left a voicemail saying that was not the company policy and they wanted to reschedule another visit in a few days. By the time that message had been left, the new company had come by to look at things. The new company made an appointment for the next day to replace the filter and get the pool cleaned up. They showed up next day and did excellent work. There is a Leslie's store right around the corner from me but now I drive way across town to go to a better pool store. Leslie's lost out on the filter sale/installation and all my future business - chemicals, parts, etc. The new store is much friendlier and has much more helpful service than Leslie's ever did. I am sorry I ever wasted my time with Leslie's.

I have used Leslies pool service several times and all times bee satisfied with both the professionalism and service completed. It is also helpful that you can schedule Saturday service appointments. All times the technician gave an accurat estimate and are on time.

We were very pleased he could fix the leak on this old booster pump and keep it going.  We'd like to have Jeff again for pool repairs when we need them.

With Leslie's, like most other places, it is the store that has the right manager that knows what he is doing.  I have had to jump from one store to the next because you get competence in one guy and you get a relationship with one guy, and they wind up moving him to another store out of your area and the guy that comes in to replace him doesn't know anything.  I have bounced to 3 different Leslie stores.  The one I am with now I have been with a couple of years and that guy is just as knowledgeable as can be.  That's where I go even though it's a further drive away and there are 2 of the stores closer to me.  I would give them high grades if the store is the one I use, but if they are the stores I used to use I wouldn't give them high grades.  It is based upon the location and the manager of that location.  Sometimes they are a little pricey, but there is nothing you can compare it to.  They have a maintenance deal so you can go in and get stuff or you can have them come out and do work. 

I would not hesitate to have them come out again to do any pool maintenance. I have had 2 technicians come out 3 times in the past 5 years and they have always been professional They have taken care of the pump and the actual pool itself in a professional manner. You do call the local Leslie Pool and they will call you within an hour to set up the appointment and they will give you a time frame that they will arrive. They are usually there in that window of time.

The technician, Dave Gates, was very professional. He understood the problem and did an excellent job rebuilding the manifold, which was quite complex. I would recommend this pool company very highly.
