I had several doors replaced with french doors a year ago and decided to use the same contractor again to replace one last door.   Contact with the company was easy and they were very responsive.  An appointment was made to measure the door which was met as scheduled and on time.  An estimate was provided the very next day.  The door was ordered and I was told it would be approximately 5 weeks for delivery.  The door arrived in 4 weeks and I was contacted to arrange an install date.  The door was installed 1 week later.  The workman disposed the old door as requested and the work was done in one day.  The entire company including the office staff and the installers were very professional and responsive.  I obtained 4 estimates for this Anderson door and Lasting Impressions was the least expensive by a large margin.  I will recommend them to friends and family.

We actually found this company through Costco. We had looked around at several other companies before choosing lasting impressions. Overall we were very happy with the quality of work that they did for us. We were able to visit their show room on the weekends, something that other companies did not let us do. It took a little while to get the windows delivered, but the quality seems to be worth it. It took two days to replace all the windows. They probably could have done it faster than that, they seemed to only work about three quarters of the day. But the two workers were very nice and respectful. There was a little bit of stucco damage, but they repaired all of it before leaving. My only pet peeve is that there was quite a lot of construction dust leftover especially outside. Overall, a good job.

We got a few estimates on this project and the prices were all over the place for the same work. This company had the best price so we went with them. I'm glad we did because they did quality work and we love the new doors. They came on time and did all the work they said they would. After the installers left I noticed a tile was cracked. I called the complany to let them know and a week later they sent the intaller back to fix it which I appreciated. I would definetly give this company a chance to give you a bid to do your work.

I think the cost was close to $30000. They were very responsive and their customer service is good. Their price was reasonable. They were willing to match a competitors pricing. I will use their services again in the future if I needed to.

Company measured several times to get it correct. Everything they did was explained ahead of time. There intallation crew took two days and were very meticulous in the job. No big mess and they were very professional. I do wish they would have done the finish work, such as painting the trim. I also wish they did follow up after the job was done. I am totally happy with the doors and would use this company again.

They were very reputable came out told us exactly what they would do. They had to do some custom frame repairs and did a great job. They follow through on what they say they will do.

They were good, quick, and efficient. I haven't had any problems. The quality was good. The windows are good and they put a Henderson door in the back and I've been pleased with that. One might have to bring somebody else after work to do some of the touch up because they don't do all of that and better than that is their quality and their price. I got to save on them. They were good at responding. I think before one year ahead of time they said they don't do that and it was nice of them to give me that warning. They were professional. I would be using them in the future as I am planning on replacing some of my back windows.

Very well! There were no surprises. Because of the size of the job, they scheduled two crews to do the installation, so the whole job took only one day, instead of the two days that were originally being called for. They arrived in the morning, and got to work. One crew started on one side of the house, and the other crew started on the other side of the house. By about 3 PM, they were completely done!

They did a great job. They are a local company and they are reliable. I was very happy and I would rate them an A+.

The experience was fine - they did a good job. We have used them in the past and we were so happy with the service that we hired them again for the patio windows.

I was looking for a solid wood exterior door with a window insert that had a metal frame (oil rubbed bronze or anodized aluminum) instead of the white plastic frame that everyone else has. I called companies all over the country looking for this. Eric Havens at Lasting Impressions found me something in a jiffy. I wish I had found him sooner.

Great experience. Thorough sales explanation at office at 36th St. and Indian School Road. Good communication about installation date. Install went great. Quality of windows is excellent. We had one piece of trim that somehow didn't make it up. Company came back with no questions and got it up quickly. Great company with whom to work.

This could have been a better experience. Drywall repair was NOT included. Interior trim was not applied as per the contract. I'm just going to hire somebody I trust to do the drywall repair and add trim.

THE SALES DEPARTMENT WAS THE BEST. THEY REALLY HELPED ME UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS BUYING. THEY SHOWED ME MANY HOMES THAT HAD THE KIND OF WINDOWS THAT I WAS INTERESTED. THEY WEREN'T AS PROFESSIONAL AT INSTALLATION TIME, BUT THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS AWESOME. THEY REPLACED A WINDOW THAT WAS THEIR ERROR, DUE TO LACK OF CORRECT MEASUREMENT. I LOVE THE WINDOW QUALITY AND I HAVE SAVED ON MY ENERGY BILL AS THEY SAID I WOULD. MY FRONT DOOR IS SOLID AND STURDY. MANY OF MY NEIGHBORS HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF ME. ALL ARE HAPPY.
