This was the third company called to repair our fridge. The first company fixed a problem but created a second by not connecting wires correctly. He then could not fix it and ordered a new "board". Needless to say, this didn't fix the problem. We never heard from him again. The second company said the problem was internal to the fridge and we needed a new built-in at $7000. Then, we called L & S. Mike was great and on time. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in 10 minutes and was then apologetic about the cost!!

We spent $150 on that repair service.  My experience with them was very good.  We called them on a Friday and they did not get here till Monday because they don’t work on weekends, but they were on time.  What really impressed me was that they lady who took our call gave us a few tips that I could do to keep the refrigerator working til they get here on Monday.  They did a really good job with that.

Called for service and they verified warranty coverage. Service man arrived as promised and evaluated situation, he found there were parts needed. Parts were ordered (and about a 10 days later I did make a follow-up call -- it seems the parts/service-order had been misplaced). Service call to install parts fixed problem: Washer door latches correctly now.

He was really good. He was honest and did what he had to do. He didn?t do anything that wasn?t necessary like some others do. We paid the service charge and also for some Freon. We will be calling him again.
