EXCELLENT SERVICE OVERALL, THEY DID EXPECT A DEPOSIT TO BE DELIVERED TO THE OFFICE WHICH WAS INCONVENIENT. ONCE ORDER WAS PLACED THEY TOOK CARE OF THE ORDER RIGHT AWAY AND MADE SURE I WAS HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT.

THEY DIDN'T HAVE VERY GOOD DESIGNERS. I ALSO HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE FLOORING; I CALLED AND THEY SENT 3 PEOPLE OUT AT DIFFERENT TIMES AND SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO SEND SOMEONE ELSE. I HAD TO MISS WORK 3 TIMES FOR THIS! THE SCHEDULER ALSO WENT OFF ON ME OVER THE PHONE AND USED BAD LANGUAGE. I HAD TO TAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.
