They experience was very good. I had originally gone with them just for seasonal checking of the unit and stuff like that in the fall and in the spring. Then when the air conditioner went out which was on a Friday I think and they sent someone out that day. They originally thought it was a part that they had to order and were going to put that first thing on Monday. When they got that on first thing on Monday they found out it wasn't that part that was probably burnt out. So, Tuesday they installed a new air conditioner. The only problem was that each time they were a little bit late. It wasn't like hours later or anything like that. They just need to be a little more punctual because everything else is great about them.

THE CLEANING & CHECKUP ON THE UNIT IS ONLY PART OF THE STORY. THE REAL IMPORTANT THING WAS THAT THE SERVICE PERSON MANAGED TO FIND AND SEAL A WATER LEAK THAT HAD BEEN BUGGING US FOR 7 YEARS. IT DOESN'T RAIN THAT OFTEN IN ARIZONA, BUT WHEN IT DID, WE USED TO HAVE A PUDDLE IN THE HALLWAY. WE WERE THRILLED DURING THIS SUMMER'S RAINY SEASON NOT TO HAVE ANY LEAK ANYMORE!
