KNUDSEN'S PERFORMED A DIAGNOSIS AT NO CHARGE TO DETERMINE THE PROBLEM. THEN THEY CALLED ME TO DISCUSS THE COSTS AND WHAT WAS INVOLVED TO FIX THE PROBLEM, AND DID IT IN THE SAME DAY. LYLE AND HIS CREW ALWAYS TAKE GOOD CARE OF US. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK AND GUARANTEE IT. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM AFTER THEY HAVE WORKED ON YOUR VEHICLE, YOU CAN BRING IT IN IMMEDIATELY AND THEY WILL FIX IT AT NO CHARGE IF IT IS RELATED TO THEIR WORK. WE USE THEM EVERY TIME!
