 + -1 moreLeonard's service is impeccable. Always prompt and cheerful. No issues with quality or cost. When our rental condo was hit with termites (despite the HOA's "pest control" services), Leonard was able to mitigate the problem promptly.
Description of Work: Leonard --owner -- has provided our pest control services for nearly two decades at two different homes and a rental condo. He sprays monthly. Also provides termite detection traps, monitored quarterly.
