Maurice from Knight Conditioning was polite and professional. Diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly, and even gave us advice on maintaining our heater going forward for best performance. He'd been out here a year before for a different issue but remembered exactly where everything was located, and what he'd talked to my husband about that time. Nice guy. Quick fix. Affordable repair.

I have never been so happy with a company. I have a home warranty but have grown tired of being treated like a second class citizen when there contractors come out. Our main air conditioner went out earlier this year and it took the other company almost 15 days to get it repaired and working again. When out back AC went out I didnt want to go thrur that hassle again. So I called Knight Air Conditioning. Chuck, the owner, was at my house at 9:30p at night looked over the unit, told me it was dead, He gave me a quote to replace and upgrade our current unit based on what we wanted and in our $$$ range. Today, Friday there install team was out here taking off our old A/C unit and Evap cooler and putting on a new one. All I can say is WOW....Cool air was coming out of the vents as soon as they turned it on, and the boys that installed it were very nice and informative, making sure I new how to register our equipment for the warranty and everything. I am very happy I didnt use my warranty company for this major purchase!!! No one will ever touch my air conditioning units again!!!!!

We have known the owner, Chuck, for many years, and he kept this system running as long as possible at minimal cost. When it needed to be replaced, he personally saw to it that it was done within 24 hours, no small feat in the Phoenix summer. His installers worked diligently to remove our old system and have it hauled away, and installed the new system without a glitch, all in the same day. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism of Stephen and Jesse, who cleaned up after themselves and instructed us in the use of the new system. I would recommend Knight Air Conditioning without reservation for repairs or installation.

Great Waited 4 days for Mr Knight and it was well worth it. He took time to troubleshoot my system and repaired just in time for the weekend. This was late Friday afternoon. He is honest , knowledgeable, and I will not hesitate to call hom back.

Knight A/C was recommended by the local Lennox field representative to assist us in finding a refrigerant leak in our system that was difficult to detect.
The service call was prompt and they arrived on schedule. The leak was difficult to detect and took a week of pressure testing to verify but the leak was isolated and replacement parts were installed under warranty.
This is a small family-owned business. They are honest, highly skilled and very professional. The time and procedure to detect the leak was exactly what was estimated. Once the replacement component was available they scheduled the service call quickly and arrived on time. They did an excellent job and restored the system to like-new performance.
We will use them from now on for the annual service and inspection of the HVAC system.

He nearly had to rebuild the unit! First there were leaks in all the copper tubing (from winter freeze). Then he redid some shut-offs valve installations, as I asked. He removed the filters and clean them real good. Clean the inside. Found out the pump was dead as a door nail. This was after two hours of finding holes in the tubing, including in the attic!! Then he offered to put a device that empties the cooler every 8 hours. Then the drain leaked. He had to redo that. And he installed a de-calcifier filter that I provided. Whew! That's why it was $500.00. He was there for 4 hours. This is the first year this air conditioner has worked without needing further attention. The garage is about 75 degrees. Quiet. Very, very [very] happy dog wishes to thank him. Not to mention the check writer.

When our new system was installed, Chuck and his staff spent most of two days on the installation. As always their team is punctual and professional. Furthermore, Chuck indicated that we would save money on our Electric bills from APS. This turned out to be quite good as our monthly bill was reduced by $30 a month. We have the billing that provides for the same cost year-long.

I would absolutely recommend Chuck Knight to anyone who needs A/C work.

It went well. I was favorable impressed. I am very cautious about A/C work because of the ease of doing work not required. But I watched him and we chatted as he worked. He quickly identified the problem and replaced the relay, leaving the bad one. The price, while not cheap, seemed reasonable. I will call them again when needed.
