These guys are great. They do what they say and charge a fair price. What is nice is that they communicate and do not try and sell you services you do not need. They have talked me out of several things I thought I needed done but as they explained did not. They have some skilled diagnosticians on staff, I was having an electrical issue for a couple of years that was draining batteries, I went through 4 in two years, and the dealer had no clue. Kitchell found it in thirty minutes.

Everything was wonderful. They were recommended to me by a mechanic that I used for many years. They are intelligent, honest, and they know what they are doing. They check to make sure all the safety equipment is in order. They are a very respectful company.
