Kelly had an emergency flooding situation and called me to inform about the situation and arrange for a different time later in the day that fit my schedule. He was very professional on the phone and gracious in setting a time that worked for me.  He arrived promptly at the new time and worked efficiently at the installation.  He explained what he did when all done and demonstrated how the faucet and disposal worked.  He did a very professional job under the sink by tying together all of the water lines and suspending them out of the way so the under sink area could be functional for all the stuff one keeps under the sink.

I first called him with a problem in 2006 when a home inspection on a home I was selling revealed a problem with a plumbing pipe being too long in the attic. He responded and cut the pipe and charged a very reasonable price less than $100. I referred him to my elderly parents and he replaced a toilet and garbage disposal for them. He removed my water heater which was under warranty and exchanged it with the company. He recently repaired a leak under the kitchen sink at my parents home. He has always responded quickly, usually the same day, charges a very reasonable price, and is both courteous and professional. I will definitely call him when a need arises. He owns his own business and personally responds.
