Real Estate Service
It went great. As a retired real estate attorney who represented the Board of Realtors and who has bought and sold several pieces of real estate, I am able to evaluate real estate agents in a knowledgeable fashion. Karen and her partner Leslie Seligmann are among the best realtors. They are hard working, knowledgeable, diligent, experienced and very service oriented. They spent four days showing us in excess of 20 properties and provided us with their candid opinions which were helpful in choosing between our two favorite houses. They then successfully negotiated with the seller, a real estate investor, who insisted on communicating directly with them rather than through his realtor. If you are considering buying or selling a home, hire Karen and Leslie.
