 + -1 moreI HAD TWO VHS VIDEOS THAT WERE GOING BAD. I ALSO WANTED TO UPDATE THEM TO DVD. THEY TRANSFERED THEM ONTO DVD. WHEN I BROUGHT THEM IN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE ABOUT A WEEK. I GOT A PHONE CALL 2 DAYS LATER SAYING THEY WERE READY TO BE PICKED UP. I WAS VERY PLEASED HOW FAST THEY WERE & THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO TRANSFER A BAD VHS TAPE W/OUT MESSING IT UP OR THE DVD. I'M PLANNING ON TAKING ALL MY KID'S VHS MOVIES OVER TO BE TRANSFERED.
