+ 2 moreBad subcontractors. Warranty department said that the same problems are now out of warranty and would not fix them.
Description of Work: House built poorly. Subcontractors were incompetent. Roof over garage leaked after 3.5 yrs. Kitchen cabinets continue to have on-going issues with rollers and magnets. master bathtub still with the same issue with the drain plug after being fixed twice. Control 4 video/audio system put in by Foresight Home Audio/Video still not working properly and lamed reasons for this problem were given.
