The tech was very nice. He worked in the hot sun. The people I spoke with on the phone where polite too. The work that they did do was good quality, but the tech still did not correct the problem with the heater. It seems like they didn't like how complicated it was, and never called me back.

They came 5 times over the course of 6 weeks and still could not complete the request. I called the office several time to complain. Then, they scheduled another visit to bring the parts and never showed. I have tried calling the office and there has been no answer for 4 business days. This is the WORST service I have ever received. Not sure what the disconnect is with the other reports. I called my warranty company and asked them to change the pool vendor and they are also taking K & K off their list.

THE PEOPLE AT K & K POOL SERVICES WERE PROMPT. THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT OUR EQUIPMENT. THEY REPAIRED THE PUMP WITH MINIMAL MESS AND DISTRACTION TO US. WE WERE HAPPY TO HAVE THEM WORK AT OUR HOME.

THE COMPANY PROMPTLY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO OUR HOME. THEY EVALUATED THE PROBLEM AND IMMEDIATELY SET ABOUT FIXING IT. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, COURTESY AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE POOL PUMP SINCE THEY WORKED ON IT. THEY WERE MODERATELY PRICED.

THIS COMPANY WAS HIRED BY OUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. WE ONLY HAVE TO PAY $35 SERVICE FEE. THIS COMPANY CALLED IMMEDIATELY TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT ONCE THEY REC'D THE REFERRAL. HOWEVER AS STATED ABOVE THEY REFUSED TO ACTUALLY DO THE JOB. WE SPOKE WITH BOTH THE TECHNICIAN AND THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AND THEY DIDN'T WANT TO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MIGHT OCCUR IN ATTEMPTING TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BLOWER.

THE PUMP WAS FINE, THE SAND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. HE OFFERED TO DO IT FOR ABOUT $300.00. HE TOLD ME WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND WE TOOK CARE OF IT OURSELVES FOR UNDER $100.00. I APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY AND HELPFULNESS.

THEY CAME FROM OUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND HELPFUL EVEN THOUGH IT WAS JUST A SMALL JOB. THEY EVEN GAVE US A REFERRAL FOR POOL SERVICE.
