I have been using him for years. He is always able to figure out a really good solution that seems on average, better than what others come up for their solution on the same problem. He works really fast. What he fixes stays fixed. We are really happy with him. He just has really good solutions, knows what he is doing, does it fast and is just really helpful. Another thing is that he remembers what we did before too and comes up with a solution on what we did before.

They are very fast and efficient. They remember things that were done before if you need to refer to it later on. They do things well and help figure out what the problem is.
