At the company's insistence, put a down payment for a big window and door order in JULY. It is now late February and we're still waiting on our front door. This is the ONLY material item in our very extensive remodel that has been delayed like this. You can't claim "supply chain issues" if every other supplier has been able to deliver. TERRIBLE!

This was an excellent and very satisfying experience. The estimate and scheduling was done professionally and promptly. The work was completed as scheduled. Installers did an excellent job with removing old doors and installing new ones. Clean up and removal of debris included.

WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE JOB. THEY WERE HELPFUL WITH US SELECTING WHAT WAS BEST FOR WHAT WE WANTED AND OUR BUDGET. ONCE INSTALLED, WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY. THERE WAS ONE PROBLEM WITH TWO THAT WERE BACKORDERED THAT TOOK LONGER THAN PROMISED TO ARRIVE.
