It went great! I called very last minute because we had family coming in that night and they were able to squeeze us in. The house looked beautiful one they were done and we couldn't be happier. We are contacting them so that we can schedule a monthly service.

Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish!!!

I have been using Johnson's Home Cleaning for three years. They have become part of my life, I don't think I could function with out the team coming every two weeks. The day before your appointment, Mary will call you to give a reminder. This is very helpful for me. The next day 2 or 3 team members will arrive punctually. They are quiet and get right to work. If you are in their way they will work around you. They won't touch the paperwork on your desk. They will climb to dust the highest shelf. If I have a special request they do it without question. They are very respectful and professional. For the first two years we couldn't speak because of the language barrier. Then I had a Spanish speaking friend who introduced us. Now we chat a little bit more. The crew (Maria and Rocio) are learning English and can usually understand what I am trying to convey.

The service is perfect. They come every third Thursday of the month. I like Lisa who is the lady I had contact with. She is tops. She is great to work with. She answered all my questions. She was very prompt when I asked a question; she was right there. She made me feel very confident about her and her services. I was very pleased so now they come every month. The pricing is very nice. She said what it was going to be and that's what it is. I have not had one complaint about her.

The cleaning ladies (two) were on time and did a thorough cleaning job. One could tell they cared about doing a good job.

I have been using Johsston's Home Cleaning for 2 years. I've never had a problem. If you use her services, expect a crew of 2 hispanic, middle aged ladies (minimal to moderate english speaking) to show up at your door equiped with everything they need to do a great job. They are fast, efficient and are flexible to work around you. I don't ever worry about theft. Lisa, the owner is wonderful. Mary will contact you the day before to schedule a specific arrival time. Sometimes they don't show up on time but usually pretty good.
