John HornPainting did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house. They were on time, cleaned up well and made any changes we requested. Pricing was very reasonable. John was present throughout the job to supervise and work. He returned the day after completion to recheck the work and did touch ups we hadn't seen. Can't recommend John and his crew enough!

Schedule went a bit longer than quoted, but it's a big house, and it was doubtful it could be completed in the tight timeline suggested, so it wasn't unexpected. The work was done well and the painting crew was efficient and hard-working. Had Horn paint the same house several years ago, and was pleased both times. Also patched and painted a wall in the pool area.

Was an excellent experience from start to finish. Great communication, excellent customer service. John was a pleasure to do business with. They did the highest quality work, greatly exceeding my expectations. No shortcuts, everything done as promised. High quality Sherman Williams paint, very detail oriented. Small, family owned business that take pride in their work. I will happily pay more money to have the job done right.

Fantastic service! After the paint job, we had an issue with one of the garage lights. They tried to resolve it with their expertise and could not. They hired an electrician to come and address the issue. They provide great service and do the job on time!

This was by far our best experience with a contractor since moving to Arizona. John walked us through everything that he would provide with the service when he first gave us a quote. On the day the job was to start, he and his crew showed up at exactly the time he said they would. He walked us once more through everything to see if we had any questions and to ensure we were all in agreement on which colors would go where so that there was no question. His crew worked efficiently and the whole project was complete in two days. It was so nice to finally deal with someone who took customer service seriously. And they did a great job! The house paint looks great! We are very pleased and would definitely work with John Horn again, as well as recommend him.

They were not the cheapest of the quotes we received, but were willing to negotiate a little bit. They were referred by a good friend as highly recommended. They were able to start one week from agreement, were on-time, clean, well mannered and -- most importantly -- did an excellent job. After initially power washing the entire house, they realized that there was still a chaucky film from the stuccoed paint on the house. Without even telling us, or asking for more money, they applied some sort of adhesive undercoat before actually painting the home.
The work was just recently completed, and they assured us if we see any issues or problems - not just in the next few days, but months - to just call and they will come back and address it.

John's crew was extra efficient at getting the job done, using top-notch Dunn Edwards paint. They finished our house, which hadn't been properly repainted since it was built in the late 1990s, in two days. Many of our neighbors houses often take 3-5 days to prep and paint. John's crew also sealed walls where paint was degrading into powder. It was clear that John has been in this business a long time, which is a definite bonus these days.

Very well, no issues, finished in three days. Used high quality Dunn-Edwards paints. Cleaned up site upon completion. Professional crew showed up on time everyday. Very pleased with result, would recommend without reservation.

Overall it went perfect. They forgot to paint the house numbers on the last day and I told Mr Horn. The painters came back the very next day and painted the numbers.

They did a really fantastic job. I got three estimates. All three companies provided the same services so it was apples to apples. This company was a couple of hundred lower for both houses combined so I chose them. Glad I did. The owner John was great to work with, the service was terrific. They used quality products and were completely professional. They did such a good job, my neighbor ended up getting their house painted too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Jim Horn (John's brother) came out to give us an estimate. He is a very nice guy, very likable , and very agreeable....he also pointed out things that needed to be done in the future. He did everything he said he would do and more. He spent two half days and completed everything on time. He called when necessary and did everything right.

John the owner provided a job price the day after I phone (very responsive!). During the pricing, he pointed out minor repair in stucco that needed to be done and explained how the preparation (including power washing, scraping peeling paint, stucco repair and calking), painting, and clean up would be done. He said that the price would not fluctuate, if they needed more paint or repair was more extensive. it was included in the price (very reassuring!). Te job was started on time, done professionally, and completed on time. I absolutely could not have been more pleased with the interactions with John and his crew or with the quality of the job. Fantastic communication and fantastic job. Our home, with the 3-color quality paint scheme, now has the curbside "wow!" factor.

Outstanding. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. John Horn is prompt, easy to get a hold of, and responsive. House was power washed, windows and doors were taped and protected with plastic. Rock around foundation was pulled back, driveway and patio were protected with plastic. Plenty of paint was used so the job will last a long time. Wood trim and doors were painted with semi-gloss to improve durability.
