The finished product is wonderful. It looks even better than I had hoped it would.

The owner came out and pre-measured the space, gave an estimate after making some helpful suggestions and offering options with varying costs, with no pressure. When I selected the options, it was 1/2 down and the rest upon completion. After that, they coordinated with the painter, and the decorator came out when and at the time scheduled. I happened to be there when they came, and they were very careful to protect the wood floors from their equipment. Most of the work was done in the shop. In a few hours, they had them in place with touch up paint and attention to every detail. They asked for an inspection and even pointed out what I should be looking for, such as a filler where the wall was even and the wood straight. They were neat, quick, and courteous, and what I thought was going to be a utilitarian feature was that but also a focal point which makes everyone say, ''Wow''. It makes the room and was pain free.
