Pool and spa would not heat. There was no gas to heat when I got there. Kitchen and overall condition of the house was horrible. Do not use this guy.
Description of Work: I rented a house in N. Scottsdale from Jeff at I Go Urban realty. The house cost me $5000 for 2 weeks, so a fair amount. The house was advertised to have a heated pool and spa, and very nice amenities. Instead, the house was very worn down and the kitchen appliances were in disrepair. The kitchenware was very dirty, and unuseable. When I approached I Go with the problem, they basically said that they could not do anything about it. Just take it or leave it. I would not rent from this guy - he will take you at every turn, and he is very cheap.
