Dustin did a great job of making the carpets look new again. He was very flexible with appointment time , and punctual also. All in all, I was very satisfied with the carpet cleaning service provided.

They are awesome. I was real happy. I have used them maybe 3 times. I have a 3 bedroom house, and he moved all my furniture, and put it back. He is very accommodating. He had the machine on a truck, and so he extracts all the dirt, and goes with it. He uses really hot steam to clean the carpet and it was nice. He is a nice guy, and he is honest. He is everything you would ask. It was a good deal, and he tried to accommodate your schedule. His name is Dustin Jetmore. The toilet overflowed and Dustin went and extracted the water from the carpet. He went there after he had done my carpet and he went there and extracted the water. It was very nice.

Friendly and good service

I called JCS Carpet Cleaning Service and asked for service on short notice. Mr. Jetmore was very kind to accommodate my time contstraints. He was there at my door two days later and right on time. He moved and cleaned under whatever furniture could be moved. You would think I had new carpet and tile. I feel so clean now. At the last minute, I asked if he could clean my couch. Done. I am so happy with the job that he did. He was very professional and kind.
That's not all, at the same time Mr. Jetmore was cleaning my house, my father had a water leak on his carpet at his house. As soon as he finished my flooring, Mr. Jetmore did not hesitate to go to my father's house and pull the excess water from his carpet. I could not believe it.
The best part is his prices are reasonable. I had him working for me all morning and was very pleased with what he charged me. I would recommend JCS Carpet Cleaning to my friends, family, anyone.
