They sent a rep out that seemed very knowledgeable. Everything was done in a very professional way. I am very happy and they look beautiful. You do have to be patient since they are custom drapes though and they are a bit pricey.

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED TO FIND SOMEONE WHO WASN'T PUSHY OR IN A HURRY TO SELL ME SOMETHING. EVEN THOUGH SHE CAME A LONG WAY TWO TIMES TO CALL ON ME, SHE JUST WANTED ME TO BE CERTAIN AND FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH MY CHOICES. I WAS GIVEN GREAT DESIGN HELP...WAS TOLD AND TAUGHT MUCH MORE THAN I HAD BEEN BY A LOCAL 'SPECIALIST'. SHE HAS AN ASSISTANT WHO ANSWERS ROUTINE QUESTIONS AND HELPS WITH DELIVERY ISSUES OR YOU CAN CALL AN 800 NUMBER.
