I just got out of the hospital. I am severe diabetic. I nearly passed away. I tried to explain, but Jan never stops talking. He mentioned his girlfriend passed and he needed a new girlfriend. On and on about needing more work. He invited me to his mom’s for thanksgiving. I declined./I told him the house was dirty. No hypodermic needles. I dropped a bag of insulin needles. / He kept upping his prices. He kept calling for more work and arguing. He went to the mobile home office here wanting work. He wanted me to give him a reference. I declined. / He called Adult Protective Services. They came and closed the case./ Jan mentions in his reply to me he took pictures of the inside of my house. He did not ask my permission. I just spoke to an attorney. This is illegal. I need some one from Ang’s office to email me . Please.

Jan and his assistant were on time did a great job on the carpet they also got rid of the pet urine smell.

Jan does good work. He charged over 600 for 2 cleanings. I have been sick and feel I was taken advantage of. He gives a price and charges and charges, and then argues. He calls and wants more work. He wants to do an outdoor screen patio. He is unprofessional. He asks personal questions. He wants a girlfriend! I am 65. Some of his conversation scare me half to death. He will not be returning here.

"I feel it is important that I respond to [Member Name Removed] s Angie's List review of my services. While I cannot speak to why she had chosen to post these allegations, I refute her description and contend that she was treated fairly and with respect. My intention was, as it is on every job my company does, to provide my customers the comfort of a clean, healthy home. Made so by professional technicians they can trust. Ms. [Member Name Removed]'s house was exceptionally dirty. So much so that it took my helper and I an hour to clear away debris before we could begin work on actually cleaning her carpets ( garbage, roaches, hypodermic needles, of which I have photos. ) There was a significant pet odor problem which I solved for her. On the first job at her location, I cleaned the traffic area of the screened patio free of charge so the cat litter (and what comes with it) would not be tracked onto the clean carpet. Despite the objections expressed in her review, Ms. [Member Name Removed] hired me again to clean her carpets some months later. On this subsequent job, we also cleared and cleaned her mattress (soiled , crawling with bugs and covered in roach feces.) Each job was under $290. I did not engage her in personal chit chat and my helper and I were completely professional. I have been cleaning carpets under my own name since 1991. I love my job and I am proud of the work I perform and the peace of mind I provide my customers every day."

He does an Excellent job, he cleaned my carpet perfectly, he is honest, reasonable, does a really good and fantastic job. I would give him high recognition and high ratings. I highly recommend this gentlemen to anyone that needs a carpet cleaning service.
