At first, Joe has hired on a contractor that came out and basically took out pieces of the pebbletec and replaced with new pebbletec. The result was like a patchwork quilt and we couldn't believe this was the result for what we would be charged. Joe agreed after multiple starts and stops which amounted to about five weeks time. In Joe's favor, he did find another provider who came out and re-did the job from the start. The result was a job that doesn't show any sign of the original issue. Total time was almost six weeks. Joe seems like he cares about the customer and he did want to get it right, but only after some insistence from us.

J & L did a great job re-plastering my pool. Joe turned in the lowest priced bid, performed the work quickly, & bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the end result.
