DAVE SOLVED THE UPGRADE ISSUE, AND THEN STAYED ON TO CLEAN UP THE EXTRANEOUS STUFF THAT WAS SLOWING DOWN THE SPEED. HE'S A VERY POLITE, LIKEABLE GUY WHO CAME TO MY HOME AND QUICKLY GOT DOWN TO BUSINESS. HE SAID I COULD ALWAYS CALL HIM, AND PERHAPS TOGETHER WE COULD ''FIX'' THINGS WHILE HE TALKS ME THROUGH IT.
