Price competitive. I think there were three people. Left area very clean. They did a quality job.

I would have had them in sooner, but that is my fault. We just had some things that got into the way. In the past, they have done incredible work. They just have really nice people, they explain stuff and they do a really good job. I think it was about $130 for two calls. That includes the spring and a fall service call. Integrity primarily, it is all in their name. They have sound ways to keep the equipment going for very small amounts of money when there is a problem. They are very honest. 

You get what you pay for. Their quality is excellent. Very up front. Workers were very pleasant, professional. Different people for different jobs. We have used a number of them. For the maintenance, there is one man only. There have been other jobs where 2 guys showed up, because one of them had the expertise. He?s the maintenance. It depends on the job, who shows up. For the maintenance, it?s been the same guy year, after year, after year. I was kind of racking my brain on what his name is, I forget. They have handled our service for many, many, many, many years. They have been very good. 

All a long they have been great, no problems whatsoever.

I think I did get the referral from Angie's List. I am still using them.  They've been very good because one of the...I don't know much about air conditioning, but there was something wrong were my air conditioning wasn't very effective but everything was still under warranty and so they replaced it. There were no charges incurred. It was completely seamless and everything was free. They stood behind their product and then warranty and everything. I see them once a year and they seem to be very good. I have marked down June 1st, I am supposed to call them. It is an annual checkup. Everything is good. I like the guy. One sign I always think of a good company is when the person that you call to make your appointments, it has always been the same guy. It is a company that doesn't seem to have a lot of turnover.

He said everything was okay, but didn't really explain what was done. I would have liked it if he were more detailed about what he was doing and what he did.

They were really honest and I plan to call them again here soon.

It's a good experience. They're all good. It's all fine.

I had Integrity AC & Heating redesign all duct work to my existing unit including all supplies and returns to accommodate addition put on home.  A second return was added and much of the duct work was replaced with flexible duct work.  Brad Porter is great.  He calculated the duct size and returns for the entire home so the installers new exactly how and where the ducts should be placed.  All the other AC companies I spoke with all said I needed a second unit to accommodate the increased square footage and said my existing 4 ton trane heat-pump was not even big enough for the pre-addition square footage of 1800 square feet.  At my first meeting, Brad said my unit was most likely oversized for the original square footage, NOT undersized.  My existing unit is now heating and cooling 2300 square feet.

The service went very well. We can always depend on Integrity to perform the service without up selling us on repairs we do not need. Their people are always friendly and professional.

I have an ac unit located in the hallway.it is fairly new and has been leaking undernieth of the unit causing a lot of codensation on the cemet floor.I had other companies come out and tell me that some water is normal when it is muggy outside.I know other companies have said this because they don't know how to fix my problem ,but after calling the owner of integrity I felt confident he would fix the problem. Miguel the serviceman came out and put a pump in and has also leveled the unit so hope it is finally not going to leak on my new wood floors,but i was to,d if there is still a problem to call and they will come back out. I got them of rosie and the house and i am glad i did. I will say this company actually does what they say. My elderly mother lives there and she has let me know that Miguel has always treated her amazing. NO other air conditioning company will every do work in my home again other the integrity.

They were very professional and did not pressure us or push us into a higher unit, yet actually showed we needed a smaller unit. They were able to schedule the work for a two day period the following week. When it came time to do the install they showed up on time, including their main engineer and the owner to help out due to being short staffed. With that they did a tremendous job and was able to complete the task in a single, yet long, day. This is the second time we have used Integrity and will certainly use them again when we do the same replacement on the unit at the other end of the house.

They're just excellent and they wear uniforms so I know who they are when the guys comes out here.

My AC broke @ 2am, following a monsoon storm passing through the Valley on 7-12-2012.  I went to referral website (I didn't know about Angieslist then) of a local radio show on home repair.  The only listing for my residence was Integrity.  I called them at 6:15am to schedule a repair.  I was quoted a service arrival of 3:30-7pm. I left work early and arrived home at (3:30), but my brother was already at the house all day, in the heat.  At 6:25pm, when no service technician had yet arrived, I called Integrity and left a message I was anxiously awaiting their arrival. Someone returned my call at 6:35, stating a technician was enroute 20 minutes before my message and should arrive within minutes.  Shelby arrived @ 7:10pm. I met him in the front yard and told him the problem.  He said it sounds like the fan motor has frozen.  Hi climbed onto the roof and inspected the unit. After six (6) minutes, he came down from the roof and told me it indeed was a frozen fan motor with ancillary damage to blades and coils. He said repair would be $500, but he recommended a complete unit replacement which he estimated to be about $6,000. I asked if the repairs could be completed TONITE to get the unit running. Shelby said "Yes."  I authorized the repair. He cut the motor wires, banged the motor with a wrench & then told me he couldn't proceed with the repair because he needed a new fan assembly from the manufacturer & he didn't know the brand of the unit & would have to research if they were even in business (23-year old unit, I since found out is a Hiel, "Builders Model" 3-ton gas-pack unit). He said If he proceeded with repairs tonite, he couldn't guarantee any work nor parts and it would be another $300-$400 for a return visit with the manufacturer parts. He recommended replacement.  So instead of spending $800-$900 in "no guarantee" repairs, I scheduled a free estimate for 7-13 @ 3pm and Shelby charged me $69 for his late arrival, 6-minute diagnostic visit, cutting the fan motor wires and scheduling the estimate visit the following afternoon.  Ross arrived on time. He gave me a 15-minute talk, left me with two brochures (Trane & Lennox) and a verbal ballpark figure of $5,800-$6,000 for a Lennox or Trane, 3 ton, 14 SEER gas pack unit, while bad-mouthing the competition (I was upfront about seeking 4 other anonymous contractors' bids).  He never inspected the unit, the attic, the ducts, the registers, the intake, the thermostat, the roof -- nothing!  I asked for a written proposal and he said he would work on it while at home this weekend and he would email it to me by Sunday. The other contractors left written, concrete proposals. They inspected my home, attic, roof, broken unit, ducts, and registers BEFORE their written proposals. Booooooo! Two-thumbs DOWN!

I would highly recommend Integrity AC. We had previously had an estimate. The estimator completely explained what was going to be done and answered all our questions. The installation crew was punctual, efficient, and clean. They removed all of the old equipment. The installation supervisor returned one week after the installation to check on the quality of the work and to check the charge status of the condenser units. I am fully satisfied with Integrity's level of service.

Tthe office staff are very nice, I like that someone always answers the phone, they are able to schedule pretty quickly, and the tech was on time.
