Great! Wade and his brother Eli were professional and very personable. They went above and beyond to ensure that the work was done in a timely manner.

Wall went up quickly, is solid and sturdy and looks great! The custom built gates are heavy duty and easy to open/close and lock. Waed kept me informed throughout the entire process and his crew left the yard clean of debris.

Excellent workmanship, communication and skills were top notch.

Workers arrived on time and performed work flawlessly. Contractor spent the time with my sister and I to pick just the right colors for the home and trim that complied with the HOA. Workers cleaned up after themselves each day and didn't make a lot of noise. Jon looks WONDERFUL and so many of my neighbors ask about who did it.

A+++  - The job required the contractor to place scaffolding inside the home and this was done very carefully with no damage. Waed (The Owner) took a lot of time in laying out the glass stone and tile for the fireplace to come up with a remarkable design. The matching bar stone and tile work came out just as nice. Impact design also added some strategic ceiling LED overhead lighting and has made quite a difference. It is nice to have a company that is careful around your home and who does high quality work. We would gladly use Impact Design for future remodel work as the job went perfectly. Thank-You Impact for doing such a professional Job!

Contractor was very patient with my wife and I. No pressure! He took the time to go over different designs and to answer all of our questions. We had a LOT of questions.
Work started when he said that it would start and was completed when he said that it would be completed. This included gutting the old kitchen, replacing it with our choice of design, and total clean-up. Everything is custom-built out of real hard wood. This guy didn't "install" cabinets that he purchased at Home Depot; he built them from scratch.
He is a polite man and this politeness transfers to his workers. From his actions, we know that he was aware that he was a guest in our home and not just on some "job site".
