Fast scheduling of appointment.  On time!  Very nice service person!

He was supposed to call me back to confirm a date. He never called back, The next day, one lone guy showed up and installed the garage door openers that I had purchased. It took about 4 hours and the guy was at least courteous. The next morning, I took a family member to the airport, and upon returning, came in through the garage. At noon the same day I went to go out and none of the garage doors worked.I called Steve back and he said that he would send someone out to check the work. The one lone guy appeared the next day, plugged in an extension cord and told me that there was no power to the garage. I had already figured that out. He said that he would check the circuit breaker and then said that he didn't know what was wrong and that I should get an electrician to fix the problem. THEN HE TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS ANOTHER $20.00 CHARGE FOR COMING OUT TO CHECK THEIR OWN WORK!!! I asked why and he just said that Steve said that there was a charge. I asked why Steve never mentioned a charge to come back out to check on why their work was defective and he just reiterated that there was a $20.00 charge. He got Steve on the phone and Steve's response was that if the guy came out, then there was a service charge due. I told him that they were checking out why their installation was not working and he became argumentative and very bullying. I turned and handed the one lone installation guy $20.00 and told him that I would not be using their services again. These people are all about nickel-and-dimeing people, do not guarantee their work and could care less about customer service. I marked the receipt that fault had not been determiined, just in case I need to sue them. Stay away from this hit-and-run group, you deserve better.

Old opener was worn out and unreliable. Hung Rite had installed the existing opener several years ago. I called them for service. Sean came out and diagnosed the problem. He estimated repairs at about $200. I had wanted a quieter opener, so we decided to replace the chain drive with a new belt drive system. We scheduled the work for the following day between 10 and 12:30. Austin came out at a little past 12:30 and installed the new equipment. He reprogrammed the homelinks on both cars and replaced the ourdoor keypad. He showed me how to use the features of the new system. He was pleasant and efficient, although he didn't completely clean up after he finished.

Very sympathetic when I called about my garage door which fell off its track the night before. Gave me a 3 hour window for the repairman and he arrived within the window. He should have had some help as it was a 9 X 7 door half on the floor and half in its tracks. They thought I was over stating the damage when I called, but I wasn't so, the price was about $50.00 higher than I anticipated based on the estimate. The repair person did a pretty good job getting the door back up with a minimum of damage showing. He did a generous amount of lubricating and re-tightened all of the fittings. He was friendly and provided me with an explanation of how the door did what it did.

The company came the day we requested to provide an estimate. The door we wanted wasn't in stock so they ordered it and set an installation date for two weeks later. Technician arrived at promised time, was friendly and polite; entire door and opener was installed in 2.5 hours. Excellent, friendly service.

I was very satisfied with the work they did. They came in on time. They did what they were supposed to do. It was were very professionally done. I would rehire them for any future work and I highly recommend them.

Excellent work. Our opener is around 10 years old and had never been serviced. The worker made some adjustments to the motor, lubricated the track, and replaced a small part (around $30). It now sounds like a new opener. The price for the service call seemed a little high but if it keeps the opener running another few years it will be well worth it.

I am very pleased with this company. They were quick to respond to our initial inquiry, provided an accurate estimate, and quickly scheduled the job. They arrived on time and went quickly to work. They cleaned up as they went and were meticulous in their work methods. Chuck the senior installer know his work very well. When confronted by a clearance problem caused by our old structure, he quickly and simply solved the problem, and the door was installed as designed. Pete, the other installer, was meticulous and careful in his work. I was fascinated by how the whole thing was done, so I sat in garage to watch. Pete's professional approach was excellent.

THEY ARRIVED DURING THE TIME FRAME THAT THEY HAD PROMISED, AND WE HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE DOOR AND OPENER THEY INSTALLED.

WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOW QUICKLY THEY RESPONDED TO OUR REQUEST - WE WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE A VISIT ON THE FIRST CALL. THEY INFORMED US OF CURRENT SPECIALS OVER THE PHONE AND ALSO CONTRASTED FOR US THE DIFFERENCE IN GARAGE DOOR OPENERS - BELT DRIVEN VS. CHAIN DRIVEN - THE TECHNOLOGY HAD CHANGED SINCE OUR LAST PURCHASE. THEIR PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE (I VERIFIED PRICING ON THE SAME MODEL ON THE INTERNET). THE INSTALLER WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PLEASANT. HE EVEN HELPED ME PROGRAM OUR CAR AND WALKED THROUGH IT WITH ME SO THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO DO IT ON THE TRUCK. A+

THE PERSON WAS HONEST AND COMPETENT AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY.

I CHOSE THEM FROM A FLYER I RECEIVED. THEY CAME OUT AND GAVE ME A FREE ESTIMATE. DID THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. DID THE WORK I ASKED FOR AND DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME MORE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

I CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX THE DOOR MORE QUICKLY THAN THE OTHER ONES I CALLED. HE WAS PUNCTUAL, DID A GOOD JOB AND LEFT THE JOB SITE CLEAN.
