WE HAVE ORDERED CUSTOM SPA COVERS FROM THIS COMPANY BEFORE. THEY CAME AND MEASURED OUR SPA. THEY SHOWS US A VARIETY OF BROCHURES OF COVERS WE COULD CHOOSE FROM. THE TURN AROUND TIME WAS NO LONGER THAN TWO WEEKS. THE COVER FIT LIKE A GLOVE TO THE SPA. INSTALLED WITH THE COVER WERE LEATHER STRAPS THAT LOCKED DOWN FOR SECURITY. THE PERSONNEL WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PRODUCT AND QUITE PROFICIENT. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN.
