Locally owned and operated. I've been in construction for about 23 years, and enjoy taking a clients ideas and turning them into reality. We do custom bathroom and kitchen remodels as well as 'honey-do lists', and almost anything in between. We are a full service, quality orientated, home improvement company that's hard to beat. "I'm sorry we have a difference of opinion on how and what happened. "Brian walked away from finishing up a bathroom remodel project..." - I recall finishing everything except less than a linear foot of grout, after waiting weeks to get 2 pieces of custom 1/4 round bull-nose tile to finish the hall bath tub to shower conversion (totally sealed and usable). I also recall you owing a final bill of $500 for that 1 ft of grout, that was never paid. "stopped following up on a major tile supplier defect on another bathroom remodel project..." - this bathroom remodel project was COMPLETED about 6 months before any defects from the manufacturer were noticed (totally usable, just a peeling clear coat!). Once it was brought to my attention, I did follow up with everyone involved, but it dragged on for months. At that time I had over 6 months of work on my schedule and I was turning people away. I let him know that it would be at least 6 months before I was able to repair his shower. Before I was able to complete the scheduled work for my other clients and return to repair his shower (which wasn't my fault), he started writing bad reviews everywhere, did not answer my phone calls or emails, and still has my $500 final draw. I have pictures and emails to prove my claims and I don't appreciate review bashing either. "What you want, Done right" is still correct after more than 23 years in construction and hundreds of satisfied clients."
