They are fine. I have no problem with them. They have good prices because when it comes to cost I wouldn’t get any bill help from the employees. I have no problem with the quality of the product. The only down side is the customer support as they don’t answer any questions and they just do the formal thing.

The overall experience was excellent. I had a sales rep assist me. I have no complaints about them. It was pleasant.

The Home Depot people were very professional and polite. They did the delivery and installation. Their service people seemed to know exactly what they were doing. Everything fit in without awkward spaces leftover in my kitchen. We are very pleased with the results we got from the Home Depot.

Home Depot was very busy when we went to place the order and we had to wait in line. Ted was friendly and helpful. We originally thought we'd have their subcontractor install the doors. However, we were operating on a very tight deadline because we were having tile installed in our master bath where the closets are located. The subcontractor would not schedule an installation until someone came out to measure. We made arrangements with a handyman to do the installation. The doors didn't arrive on time. When we phoned, no one at Home Depot knew when they would arrive. We had to phone a couple of times and wait on hold. We had to make alternate arrangements with the tilers. When we went to pick up the doors on 1/20/06, there was another line at the pick-up counter and only one staff person was working there. At that point, he told us we should have called in advance to let them know we were coming. It took the staff a long time to retrieve the doors. We had to load them.
