On three separate occasions over 15 years, Hight Peaks has sold, installed, and serviced softeners and reverse osmosis systems for our homes as we have moved in the phoenix, metropolitan area. Most recently they installed a new water softner and moved a reverse osmosis system from our rental home to out daughters new home in Goodyear. They were timely, efficient, courteous and professional. They took the time to explain operation and maintenance of the system in detail and make sure that we understood on to keep the sytem in peak operating condition.

INSPECTED AND REPAIRED WATER FILTER SYSTEM. INSPECTED WATER SOFTENER SYSTEM. NOT SURE IF THE WATER SOFTENER SYSTEM WAS FULLY FUNCTIONAL AFTER A 2ND CALL.

THEY ALWAYS HAVE APPTS. QUICKLY AVAILABLE, AND WERE ON TIME EACH TIME. THEY TRY TO DO THINGS WITH THE LOWEST COST TO THE HOMEOWNER. ON OCCASION THEY HAVE GIVEN AN EXTRA RING, ETC. AT NO CHARGE. THEY'RE GREAT! PLUS, THEY EXPLAIN THINGS WELL, SO IF YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF, THEY TELL YOU HOW!
