Flooring, Carpet Installation
Phil was recommended to us by family who used him services a lot for their business. We were offered a discount on carpet for our home, though Phil was willing to offer the discount to anyone referred to him. When we compared his prices with others, we found that we were saving money by getting a higher quality carpet for a little less than what we would have paid at retail outlets. It turned out the measurements were off and we paid an extra $100 for yardage that we didn't need. I called to question the measurements, but they didn't check phone messages, so ordered the carpet with the unnecessary overage. Also, they changed the price of the padding from the original quote. During installation, a mirror was broken and they paid to have it fixed. Also, the installers left dents in the baseboard.

ARRIVED ON TIME AND GOT THE WORK DONE IN TWO DAYS. WAS NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THEIR PROTECTION OF APPLIANCES. ALTHOUGH NOTHING WAS DAMAGED, THERE WAS A LOT OF DUST.

THEY SENT DESIGNER WHO REALLY HAD SOME GREAT IDEAS. HE SEEMED TO WANT TO DO THE BEST JOB FOR THE AREA WE HAD TO WORK WITH. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH HOW IT TURNED OUT.
