HENDRICKS LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR

We spent over $1,300 with them to fix various things in our yard. Some things they did fine, but about $500 was dedicated toward addressing irrigation/drip/sprinkler issues.
After their first visit, we noticed all the drips were not working. We asked they come back to repair what we paid for the first time. They charged us $80 for this second visit and said "Now, there is water coming from all the drips." Still not true.
Now, 2 months later, several of our plants have died, and we just checked all the drips again. 50% of the drips in our backyard have no water coming from them. We paid several hundred dollars and twice they said everything was working. In reality, they did a half-assed job.
We recently contacted the owner Rob, who was not very sympathetic. He then claimed that we hadn't pay one of our bills, which was false.
They are unorganized. Between the statements of "There is water coming from every drip line" (twice) and "You didn't pay your bill" -- there were too many false claims. Time to find another landscaper.

The crew at Hendricks came out on time, and perfomed the work timely. I was very happy with their service. The prices seem a bit high, but I will pay the additional amount for quality timely service.

So far, Hedrick's Landscape care is impeccable!!!  This is the very first time after 11 years in the Phoenix area that I have seen such excellence in not only the yard maintenance, but also two days ago (August 6th) I set up with Rob Hendricks to have much needed new gravel applied to all four sides of my home.  This included the crew working around many plantings, swimming pool, and raised areas.  They spent the entire day.  When I saw the results, I was so amazed about the quality of the care taken to place every single stone in perfect leveling, edging along sidewalks, without even one stone on the sidewalks.  There was not even one flower petal knocked off!!!  They also cleaned up the paved areas so immaculately, I would never have thought any job like this was done except for the much improved beauty of my outdoor space.  I would rate them AAA+++ !  :)

Rob came out to the house initially and did a good fjob at fact finding. He also repsonded to various emails we sent him over the course of years they serviced us.  Whereas Rob was very professional, his crews were quite typical for landscape crews here in the Valley. Our biggest complaint was that even though Rob identified an over watering problem, the issue never got fixed and we ended up losing quite a few nice plants, bushes, and cactus over the course of the two years due to overwatering. And the worst was when we came home one night to see that the crew completely gutted the bushes in our front yard down to the stems. These bushes were being kept purposely full to hide the transformers and cable boxes. When we contaced Rob about this he told us his crew told him the owners asked them to have this done to avoid animals and snakes hiding under them. My wife and I have never talked to the crew in our life. We terminated employment with Hendrick's this past month.

Got the estimate and two weeks later (they were backed up due to Winter yard work), they came out.  Trimmed 6 trees.  Re-poled one and tied down some branches.  The later work was not on the estimate, but they did it for no charge.

I will continue to use them in the future.
