After putting in an offer on one house, the general inspector found major issues and I decided not to move forward with the purchase. She helped me navigate through the paperwork and close the loop.
I was heartbroken, but Heather regrouped and we continued to search for the perfect home. She understood what I was looking for and shortly afterwards, found another home that was an even better fit!
She was able to give me options/contacts for services and inspectors to ensure that all was in order; from title company to electrical inspectors. Everyone was top-notch and I was thrilled with the level of customer service. The neighborhood is wonderful and I love my house!
If I ever have to sell my house or purchase again, she'll be the first person I call.

I emailed Heather Mcdermott a list of requirements, and then my wife and I scheduled a trip to Phoenix to view some properties she selected. We found one of the properties was what we were looking for, made an offer, and had it accepted right away.
