Contractor was prompt.  I work from home and the workers only knocked on my door once (during the times posted as "free to knock").  Everyone did their work efficiently and quietly (quiet in that I did not hear talking, just the sound of steady work).  They were clean and organized.  My neighbor had used these guys to replace the roof underlayment on her home a year ago...her father and sister used the same company in the past with good results.  My only comment would be that when additional tile was ordered and the work stopped for a few days, I was not informed.  However, I this lapse in communication would by no means dissuade me from giving Headlee an A+ rating.  The entire team (office to rooftop) were wonderful to work with and we are very satisfied with the results.

Came at the appointed time, did everything contracted to do, left clean and at an attractive price.
Have used them several times before both on my personal residence as well as several houses I refurbished.  They are my go to roofer.

Dave Headlee first and foremost was always responsive to any and all questions that I had leading up to the project, during the project and after the project. He even tried to accommodate another contractor, allowing him access to the roof before Headlee's work was done. Workmanship was outstanding, and the crew was impressive to watch - No wasted effort from anyone! Project site was clean each and every day when they left. I would recommended Headlee roofing to anyone and everyone. End result is amazing!

They are solid as can be. I would recommend them to others.

Good price and excellent workmanship

My house is 20 years old (tile roof) and I noticed some water damage to the wood trim.  Another roofing company told me I need to re-roof the house (lift all the tiles) for about $13,000.  Mr Headlee, the owner of Headlee Roofing, came to give me an estimate.  He took some pictures of an area with water damage to the wood. He explained how the water was being directed to this one area, too much water for the area to displace.  This was causing water to get under the tile and caused the damage to the wood.  He indicated the channel would need to be rebuilt and some wood replaced.  He also indicated my roof was in great shape and DID NOT need to be re-roofed for at least another 4 or 5 years.  His two workers showed up a few days later as scheduled and did the repairs.
I also had Headlee re-coat the foam roof on my rental property.  It was an insurance job. The roof received hail damage from the storm 2 years ago.  The insurance estimate came in at $3,600,  Headlee Roofing did the job for $2,300.
My opinion- roof work is not cheap, but I really feel comfortable with this company.  They could have told me I needed to re-roof my tile roof and cost me thousands.  They were honest and only did what was necessary.  I will recommend them to all my friends/co-workers.

Dave came over during Veteran's Day before he headed out of town. That was a nice gesture from his part. He gave us a quote on a patio re-roofing and some fascia that was rooted out.  The only complaint I have is that we have spoken about what day they could come over to do the job but they never called ahead that they were coming. Since I am home everyday it was not a problem that they showed unannounced but it would have been nicer that we knew they were coming.  The job took all day and they cleaned up after they were done. The reason I gave them a C in punctuality has to do with their scheduler not calling to confirm when they were supposed to come. Otherwise the job was done very well.

They were very fair and honest. They showed up when they said they would!

All the workers and the supervisor, were very pleasent, effecient and clean.  They picked up every piece of the old roof and left our property without any trash or damage.  I will use Headlee Roofing for the yearly check of the flat roof part of our house because I trust they will keep it in great shape to extend the life of the foam.

Appt was scheduled promptly at a convenient time. Technician was on time and assessed the problem. Besides reviewing the problem area, he inspected the entire roof for potential problems. He found and are where tiles had shifted and he put them securely back in place. Several neighbors have had roofs replaced within the last few years. They have reported that replacement was recommended for minor problems. I appreciate that Headlee has been fair and make recommendations that make sense.

WOULD NOT USE AGAIN. THE REPAIR PERSON WAS VERY NICE AND SAID IF IT LEAKED AGAIN, HE WOULD RE-DO. WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE FOR A RE-DO, I WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY OF THEIR WORK. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF.
