Gave them a call when our A/C went out. He came out the next day and did a full inspection of the unit, let us know exactly what was wrong with it and then gave us several options of different new units that we could purchase to replace the old one. We told him which one we wanted, and he was back the next day with the unit and had it installed and running by lunch time. Great experience overall and I have since recommended them to friends.

I called Todd based on finding him on A's LIst. He was close and was able to come over today, which was great. He arrived during the time period he said that he would. He tried to get the a/c running without too much cost, but we did end up needing a fan. He was able to get the fan replaced that day, and even recommended that we follow up with our insurance, because we could get our unit replaced due to hail damage, which would save us a lot of money. He gave us timely updates on progress and didn't pressure us. I'd use him again.

They were prompt, they did a good job, and were reasonable. They were doing some warranty work with no complaints.

They did an amazing job and they really know a lot about this type of industry. The technicians came out on time and made sure everything was put in properly and securely. They also made sure I was completely satisfied with the work.

MR. HAWKS AND HIS SON SEEM TO RUN A HONEST HEATING AND COOLING BUSINESS. THEY GAVE ME A TIME FRAME AS TO WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO COME AND THEN CALLED AHEAD WHEN THEY WERE 15 MINUTES AWAY, SO THAT I COULD GO HOME FROM WORK AND MEET THEM. THEIR REPAIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND THEY KNOW WHAT WAS NEEDED TO REPAIR MY UNIT. I FELT THAT I COULD TRUST WHAT THEY WERE DOING VERSUS SOME OF THE OTHER HEATING AND COOLING COMPANIES I HAVE HAD.
