This report is regarding:
Davis Fessler of Hassle Free Plumbing,
3040 E. She Blvd Phoenix Arizona
602-358-9692
I obtained David's number from the internet, because I had a 3 foot PVC
leak that I needed fixed in my backyard.
I instructed David over the phone of my situation, he was at this time
well mannered.
I went on to tell David Fessler that I have 30 feet of unused Copper
piping that is hooked / connected to my water heater (this 30 copper was used
for my RV water in the past).
I instructed David to use a bit of that copper line to replace the leaking PVC and to cut cap that pipe off from the water heater. He only used 2-3 feet of it for the PVC leak.
On Saturday 6//8/13, David came out to my home to fix the PVC leak. I was not home, so I instructed my wife to let him in, show him the leak and pay him.
David told my wife that he needed $50 cash upfront so he can go get
supplies before he can fix my PVC leak. My wife paid him the remaining after he completed the job.
On Sunday, (the following day after I came home) I went in backyard to see his work. The 2-3 feet of PVC was replaced with copper and the job was finished, however, my copper piping of all 30 feet (dead line) that was originally hooked to the water heater was missing.
I told my wife to call David immediately and to tell him and bring my copper pipe back before I report it to the police. David at this point became very argumentative towards my wife. He tells her that all plumbers take away all demos. David tells my wife that her husband (me) should have been there while he was performing the work. David tells my wife that her husband (me) told him he can take all of the copper piping. David continues on (in an argumentative voice) that he will be scrapping the copper and its only worth is $40, and that she should not make a big deal of the copper piping.
I did not tell or instruct David to take my piping away. I had only instructed him to cut and cap off and use some of it for the leak on the other PVC pipe.
I emailed David, and his email back to me was very rude, unapologetic, harsh, vile, and in his email he still accused me and my wife of being wrong in this whole situation. After a few emails back and forth, he finally tells me that I am lucky that he did not scrap the copper yet, and that he will come by and throw the piping over the fence into my backyard from the back alley.
David Fessler lacks Customer skill relations and was very argumentative with his customer.

Response from HASSLE FREE PLUMBING
"There was a big misunderstanding on this job. I dealt 3 different people on the job. I used my own material not his. He didn't even get charged for cutting and capping the water line. And that wasn't even part of the original bid. I only got upset when he accused me of theft, who wouldn't get upset. I didn't use fowl language or any threating actions. I returned all the copper that I demo. Jason is one of those costumers who will never be happy. Even after I did everything thing that he and his wife requested. This is my first problem I have had with a costumer."
