Zaid has been over twice to a house we are renting out (once for an a/c problem and the other for routine maintenance of the a/c unit). He was very honest about what needed to be done and did not overcharge. He has also been out twice to our home. We have several a/c units and had different problems with two of them. Again, he was very honest about what the problems were and we only ended up being charged for the service call on both visits. He arrived when he said he would for all four visits and is very professional. We highly recommend him.

Happy Bear did a great job, he found all the problems, fixed them and I would recommend him to everyone.

It was covered under a homeowner's warranty, so I just paid them $90. I am very happy with them. They provided quick service, were very polite and they explained everything that they were doing. They also actually handed me off to someone else when they could not handle the parts that I needed.
