AS OPPOSED TO MOST HANDYMEN, THEY CALLED BACK PROMPTLY, AND FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS TO CONTACT THE RENTERS EXACTLY. ALTHOUGH I NEVER MET THE SERVICEMAN, THE RENTER'S COMMENTS WERE POSITIVE, SAID HE KEPT THE APPOINTMENT, AND WAS IN/OUT IN A HALF HOUR.
