Roofing
Daryl came to my home and worked with my work times and did a great job. I have an older home and there were many areas needing attention. He was very fair and honest and completed my roof in a time that I needed for the holidays. I was very happy with Hallas roofing and would use them again!!

Roofing
I hired Hallas roofing at the recommendation of a neighbor. As I live in NY and the property is in Arizona, I hired a roofing expert to inspect the work before paying the final balance.
What was reported to me by 4 different roofing companies and 4 different stucco companies by photographs and written report was that all the parapeets around the roof were cracked and wide open. No new flashing was installed, but Hallas had just nailed the old flashing to the wall, no vents were replaced, and in many of the sections, the roofer simply wrapped roll roofing over the bad parapeets that was not attached, leaving it all loose. Basically, Hallas roofing left the roof with holes and cracks, exposing the house to leaks.
As the monsoon season was approaching, I had to have emergency repairs made to patch up the larger defective areas, and to do the stucco job while getting bids to fix Hallas' mistakes.
So far, I have spent $1,445 to do that, and the bids for fixing Hallas' mistakes are coming in between $9,495 and $21,838.00 just for the Flat roof portion.
Although Hallas told me he replaced the bad underlayment on the tile roof before replacing the tiles, when inspected, there was no new underlayment, just old stuff. Fixing this involves redoing all of the tiles and the bids are coming in at $12,750 and $21,088.00.

He's just fantastic! The work was excellent and he was out doing the job within a few days of my calling him. The prices were very reasonable and I highly recommend him.

We liked him and he said that he was very close to us. Some of our other neighbors used him. Our next-door neighbor had used him for two jobs and he was very happy with him so we decided to use him. He does most of the jobs himself unless it is a much bigger job and then his brother comes with him. He did a good job and we would recommend him. We would hire him again for any other leaks on the roof. We haven't climbed on the roof to see what he did.
