Haden Maids Professional Home Services creates a residential cleaning experience through flexible and customized cleaning plans. based on the "The Haden Way". Our Mission is to be a trusted partner providing comprehensive, individualized services that enhance our client's quality of life. We achieve this by providing services based on quality of delivery, commitment and communication. We have created a Zone Management System that greatly improves the cleaning experience. Our employees are key to us meeting these self imposed expectations. We achieve this by requiring every Haden Maid to graduate from Haden Prep School and continue their education focusing on cleaning techniques, safety, customer care and leadership development. We also count on feedback from you to help us be even better.

"It's unfortunate when a clients expectations are not met and we take all feedback seriously. As a company we do everything possible to provide exceptional service in the time and budget allowed. We deviated from our policy to take on a monthly client as evidence shows that cleaning a 4,500 sq. ft. active household one time every 4 to 5 weeks for a budget that does not allow for enough time, sets up both the service provider and client for dissatisfaction. When clients cycle through several cleaners in a short amount of time and have a budget that does not match the time and resources necessary to complete the job it's a tough situation for both parties.
