Bill came that same day, cleaned the salt cell and the cartridge filters. The cleaning of the salt cell didn't cause the red service light to go out, so he called the manufacturer and after discussing the situation, they determined the cell was at the end of its life and had to be replaced. He explained the cost of a new cell that he would charge but told me I might be able to find a better price for the cell online, which I did. I was really impressed that he even suggested I might beat his price for the cell by searching online. He seems to be as honest as they come. As soon as the new cell arrives, Bill will install it. He was punctual & professional and did a great job, including cleaning up after himself.
